Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Armed Security Guard to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their premises. As a crucial member of our security team, you will demonstrate proficiency in both English and Spanish possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized entry and ensure the safety of personnel and property.
• Enforce access control procedures, verify credentials, and assist with visitor management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and effectively handle crisis situations.
• Complete accurate incident reports and maintain detailed logs of activities.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in armed security or law enforcement.
• Must possess a valid Texas Armed Security Guard License.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in security or law enforcement is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in handling firearms and other security equipment.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
