About Us:

Lone Star Pristine Cleaning Co. is a Dallas-Fort Worth based residential and light commercial cleaning service. We've built our reputation on reliability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Position Overview:

We're seeking reliable, self-motivated cleaning contractors who can deliver high-quality cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients. As an independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to work on your own schedule while building a steady income stream through our recurring client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform residential and light commercial cleaning services (recurring and one-time cleans)

Deliver consistent, high-quality work that meets our quality standards

Manage your own cleaning supplies and equipment

Communicate professionally with clients and respond to scheduling requests

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Handle move-in/move-out deep cleans, apartment cleaning, and recurring maintenance cleans

Report any issues or concerns to management promptly

What We're Looking For:

MUST HAVE:

✓ Current liability insurance (minimum $1M coverage) — You must provide proof of active insurance

✓ Bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment — We do not provide supplies

✓ Reliable transportation — Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle

✓ Background check clearance — We conduct thorough background checks on all contractors

✓ Proven cleaning experience — At least 2+ years of professional or residential cleaning experience

✓ Attention to detail — High standards for quality and thoroughness

✓ Strong communication skills — Ability to interact professionally with clients and management

✓ Flexible availability — Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and some evenings

NICE TO HAVE:

Experience with move-in/move-out deep cleans

Experience with commercial cleaning

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Your own cleaning business background
