What You’ll Do
• Have own schedule of one-time and recurring cleanings aligned with HHCC quality standards
• Supervise and support cleaning staff during new, deep, and recurring cleanings
• Train and onboard new employees using HHCC cleaning systems and service standards
• Conduct regular quality control checks
• Ensure cleaners are delivering excellent customer service and client satisfaction
• Provide real-time coaching, redirection, and positive reinforcement to staff
• Maintain accurate records of performance concerns and client feedback
• Manage supply inventory and equipment maintenance
• Serve as liaison between cleaning teams and office staff

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of paid professional residential and/or commercial cleaning experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising or leading staff (in any industry)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate others in a respectful and results-focused manner
• High attention to detail and strong time management
• Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Have reliable transportation
• Desire to play a key role in early-stage startup company
• Willing to take public transportation as needed
• Willing to take a background check
• Bilingual a plus
