Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Restaurant Chef and Partner to lead culinary operations and contribute to the growth of an innovative dining establishment. Responsibilities
• Lead all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Oversee food safety protocols, dietary department standards, and maintain compliance with health regulations.
• Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to optimize profitability.
• Supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to build a motivated and skilled team.
• Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision and creativity.
• Implement efficient food service management practices to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining setting.
• Collaborate on business development initiatives, including marketing strategies and community engagement to grow the restaurant’s reputation.

Experience
• Proven culinary experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in food production and kitchen management.
• Demonstrated supervising experience with teams in high-volume restaurant or hospitality settings.
• Extensive knowledge of food safety standards, dietary requirements, and food handling procedures.
• Experience in banquet service, catering operations, and inventory management within the food industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff, manage shifts effectively, and foster a positive team culture.
