Job Description

Service Area

We primarily serve NW Philadelphia, Germantown, Mt. Airy, Roxborough, Jenkintown, Lansdale, and Phoenixville. Preference is given to applicants within reasonable travel distance.

Compensation
• With tips and performance bonuses, most team members average $23–$30+/hour
• Base Pay: $17–$19/hour, depending on experience and role on our team
• Hourly Bonuses for heavier work.
• Per-appointment pay is based on the job’s expected duration and scope
• Clients are encouraged to tip 10+% directly or via credit card to ensure consistency.

Position Overview
We're looking for responsible, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Home Cleaning Professionals. You’ll work with a company that provides consistent clients, clear systems, and supportive communication.

Preferred but not required
• Previous experience in residential cleaning, caregiving, or hospitality
• Availability at least 3 weekdays per week
• Interest in eco-conscious or wellness-focused work environments

Responsibilities
• Drive to various residential locations as required, maintaining a valid driver's license.
• Arrive on time with fresh supplies and clean, folded microfiber cloths
• Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks, including cleaning kitchens & bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors to ensure a clean and sanitary environment.
• Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed to promote health and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
