We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial/Residential Cleaner to join our dynamic cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services across a variety of settings, including homes, offices, and commercial spaces. Duties
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance to ensure pristine results
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas
• Manage laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed
• Use janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process
• Assist with custodial responsibilities such as waste disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment

Requirements
• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and custodial procedures
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and kitchen sanitation is preferred
• Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus but not required
