In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance, conflict management, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities
• Monitor premises through CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity and ensure security integrity
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential security risks or safety hazards
• Manage access control by verifying credentials of visitors, contractors, and employees while maintaining accurate logs
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or disturbances, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations
• Perform basic first aid and CPR when necessary, providing immediate assistance until emergency services arrive
• Enforce safety policies and loss prevention measures to safeguard assets and prevent theft or vandalism
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents, providing detailed reports as required

Experience
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems and security protocols
• Training or certification in first aid, CPR, and conflict management is preferred
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and emergency response procedures
• Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts while maintaining professionalism at all times
