What You’ll Do
• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and processes
• Work as part of a team delivering high-quality, reliable home cleaning services

Additional Responsibilities for Team Leads (Driving Role)
• Safely drive the company vehicle and manage the daily team schedule
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and properly maintained
• Support team members and help keep the day running smoothly

Job Requirements
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and reaching overhead
• Available to work daytime hours 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Ability to communicate with customers; bilingual skills are a plus
