Pay: $15/hr.
Location: Coppell TX/ Lewisville TX
Shifts Available:
• 2nd Shift Monday- Friday 2PM-10PM

Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Packaging Heavy Packer to work along our production lines, ensuring product consistency, speed, and quality during the bag production and packaging process. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate and work alongside automated packaging lines to fill, seal, and package products.
• Perform visual quality checks to ensure proper labeling, sealing, and product integrity.
• Load and organize materials needed for packaging.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following all company safety procedures.
• Record basic production data and report any issues or irregularities.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and cleaning of machines (as needed).

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
