Job Type: Direct Hire

Job Pay: $24/HR + Incentive Pay
β€’ * Paid for stops, mileage, and hourly. **

Schedule: Monday – Friday; NO weekends!!
β€’ *1-3 nights overnight** Currently services independent pet specialty retailers in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma

Job Responsibilities:
β€’ Safely operate a 50k GVW straight truck with automatic transmission and AC.
β€’ Deliver products accurately and on time to multiple retail store locations on a daily route.
β€’ Load, unload, and operate lift gates and pallet jacks for deliveries.
β€’ Provide excellent customer service, acting as the company’s representative during deliveries.
β€’ Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip sheets, and required DOT documentation.
β€’ Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
β€’ Stay overnight 1–3 nights per week (expenses paid).

Job Requirements:
β€’ CDL Class B license required
β€’ At least 3 years of Route Sales Driving experience
β€’ Multi-store daily route deliveries
β€’ CLEAN MVR and background check required.
β€’ Experience operating a 26-ft box truck, pallet jack, and lift gate
β€’ Must be physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively
β€’ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow delivery schedules
β€’ Excellent customer service and communication skills
β€’ Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours/day)
