Drivers are responsible for operating a company delivery truck, delivering products to stores, unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, building promotional displays, and maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff. Drivers are also responsible for tracking inventory, completing route paperwork, and ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. Many Frito-Lay drivers are eligible for route bonuses, sales incentives, and overtime opportunities, especially for high-volume routes.
