Job Description

Job Description
• Provide chauffeuring support to authorised personnel, including management and staff
• Transport staff for official business trips and appointments
• Schedule and coordinate transportation requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain daily driving logs and vehicle usage records
• Ensure proper upkeep of the company vehicle, including cleanliness and basic maintenance checks (e.g., fuel, tyres, lights)
• Perform dispatch duties, including delivery and collection of documents, materials, and parcels
• Run office errands and support the Admin & Procurement team with purchasing-related tasks
• Assist with vendor coordination, quotation collection, and basic procurement documentation
• Maintain proper records for all deliveries, collections, and vehicle maintenance activities
• Support logistics for company events, meetings, or offsite functions as required
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Our ideal candidate
• Valid Class 3 Singapore driving licence with a clean driving record
• Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic rules
• Minimum secondary school education
• Basic spoken and written English to understand instructions and maintain simple records
• Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Word, Excel)
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role preferred
• Able to use mobile navigation tools (e.g. Google Maps, Waze) for route planning
• Physically fit and able to carry light loads during dispatch or procurement duties
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
• Positive working attitude
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Willing to travel overseas (e.g. Malaysia) when required
