Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Onboarding Associate to support the growth of our driver partner network. In this role, you will play a key part in onboarding and supporting freelance driver partners through outbound outreach, operational coordination, and frontline support.

You will work closely with both full-time and part-time team members to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for drivers, while also supporting day-to-day administrative operations and walk-in driver enquiries when required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable handling both operational and customer-facing responsibilities.

What You'll Do
• Participate in a rotating schedule for occasional weekend and Public Holiday document verification duties to support operational continuity. These duties are typically completed remotely and take approximately 1 hour per assigned shift. Time off will be provided accordingly.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective driver partners to support onboarding conversion and operational targets
• Work closely with a team of full-time and part-time team members to onboard freelance driver partner accounts efficiently and accurately
• Build and maintain positive relationships with driver partners through effective communication, guidance, and timely support
• Attend to driver partner enquiries and provide operational support via ZOHO, WhatsApp, phone calls, and walk-in interactions
• Serve as backup support for walk-in driver partners at the onboarding centre when required
• Handle onboarding administrative tasks, including updating driver account details, and driver document submissions
• Manage and follow up on driver callback logs relating to onboarding matters
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates of driver records and operational trackers
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within daily workflows
• Support the team in achieving individual and Driver Operations team KPIs and service standards

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven operational environment
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Energetic, resilient, and detail-oriented with a positive learning attitude
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle operational issues independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems and tools
• Minimum Diploma in Business or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in customer service, operations, telesales, or call-centre environments will be an added advantage
