Job Description
Reporting to Restaurant Manager.

The Restaurant Operations Executive supports the daily operations of Hua Ting Fine Dining Restaurant by delivering exceptional guest experiences in accordance with Forbes 5-Star and luxury hospitality service standards. The role ensures smooth restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, team coordination, and strong product knowledge while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence.

· Assist in the supervision and coordination of daily restaurant operations.

· Ensure all team members are familiar with menu offerings, promotions, and service procedures.

· Deliver personalized and attentive guest service aligned with luxury dining standards.

· Build rapport with guests and anticipate guest needs to enhance the dining experience.

· Recommend food and beverage pairings and upsell premium menu items professionally.

· Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery promptly and professionally.

· Monitor restaurant cleanliness, table settings, and overall dining ambiance.

· Support reservation management, seating arrangements, and VIP guest handling.

· Assist Restaurant Manager in administrative duties, reports and stock coordination.

· Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company operational standards.

· Support training and coaching of junior service staff when required.

· Perform any other duties assigned by Restaurant Management.
