Key Responsibilities
• Order Precision: Assemble daily orders accurately by shipping location and category, ensuring every customer receives exactly what they ordered.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect every item and package for defects—you are the final line of defense for our brand's reputation.
• Logistics Mastery: Weigh, seal, and label packages appropriately while maintaining meticulous records of delivery notes and invoices.
• Inventory & Strategy: Work closely with Marketplace Managers to conduct stock checks and provide insights on inventory flow.
• Creative Collaboration: Assist the marketing team with creative packaging, promotional inserts, and seasonal campaign executions.
