Job Description
• BASIC + AWS + VB

Key Responsibilities:
• Installation, servicing, and on-site repair of bathroom products.
• Conduct on-site technical training for contractors/ plumbers on product installation.
• Timely testing and commissioning of installed bathroom products for project handovers.
• Documentation of service work and project status for tracking purposes.
• Reporting of defective products to HQ.
• Supporting after-sales service and attending to client service requests, including urgent cases outside normal working hours (evening/ weekends)

Requirements:
• 1 year experience in related industry (plumbing, sanitary fixtures etc.)
• Willing to be on standby for urgent service request outside of normal working hours.
• Class 3 driving license is preferred.
