Job Description
About the role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Service Crew/ Kitchen Staff to join our team at XIAONOODLES CARTERING MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities

1) Service Area
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to all guests
• Take orders and handle cashiering/POS duties
• Present and serve food & beverages accurately and efficiently Clear tables, maintain cleanliness, and perform station turnover duties
• Support daily outlet operations and teamwork

2) Production Area
• Support food and beverage preparation across stations
• Perform basic kitchen station tasks such as bowl setup, boiling/cooking, frying, and plating (as assigned)
• Follow food safety, hygiene standards, and SOPs strictly
• Keep production stations clean, organized, and well-stocked

3) Learning & Growth Path
• Participate in structured on-the-job training and rotate through stations
• Eligible to support training of new team members
• Clear progression opportunity: All-Star Crew→ Shift Leader→ Assistant Manager→ Store Manager

What we're looking for
• At least 1 year of previous experience in food and beverage industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers of diverse backgrounds
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
