Job Description
We looking for a general Plumbing and sanitary Installater and Repair General worker to join our team. Position Overview: The Plumbing Installation and Repair General Foreman will oversee and manage plumbing installation and repair projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The foreman will be responsible for supervising a team of plumbers, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring safety compliance on job sites. Tio attend to the water tank cleaning tasks scheduled for after 10 PM. Coordinate with management to collect the key, and once the work is completed, return the key and fetch the team in the dormitory. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of plumbers in the installation and repair of plumbing systems, Need to work physically in in underground and upper ground level including water supply, drainage, and HVAC systems. Ensure that all plumbing work is performed according to blueprints, local codes, and safety regulations. Assign and monitor daily tasks, ensuring that projects stay on track and are completed according to schedule. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards. Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and project progress. Provide training and guidance to junior plumbing staff, ensuring skill development and safety awareness. Communicate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues that arise during the project. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman or similar role in plumbing installation and repair with 10+ years Experience In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes, installation practices, and repair techniques with Underground and upper Ground works. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Commitment to safety standards and practices Must need to attend night job (when necessary) until complete the job
