Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

· Station at the security post, implement access and exit control procedures on employees, contract workers, visitors and all vehicles.

· Strictly enforce the 'No Smoking' rule within the premises.

· Seek advice and direction of thein-house security officer whenever you are in any doubts to take on any matters arising.

· Shall not allow unauthorized person and vehicles from gaining access into the premises.

· Observe and report any irregularities to in-house security officer immediately.

· Manage all in-coming calls and re-direct/transfer to appropriate Extension as and when is necessary.

· Conduct random security spot checks on personnel leaving the premises.

· Make entry in respective books for all events.

· Familiar with the emergency procedures and the existing Fire Alarm system installed.

· Check and respond to the cause of activation of alarm.

Job Requirements

· Preferably 1-2years relevant experience as Security Guard

· Able to work in a non air-conditioned environment.

· Able to perform shift duties.

· Able to read Fire Protection Panel and understand Emergency Procedure

· Must be fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

· Possess a Class 4 Driving license.

· Possess valid security officer license from SIRD.

· Must have good eye-sight.

· Able to work independently.
