Job Scope
• Assist Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Handle pizza and pasta section during service
• Prepare sauces, dough, pasta, and mise en place
• Ensure food quality and consistency
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Assist with stock control and inventory
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
