Roles & Responsibilities

Location of Work:

Ayer Rajah Crescent (One - North)

Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 11:30 AM)
• Excluding Public Holidays
• ($11 - $13 per hour)
Scope of Work:

The cleaner shall be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including:

Daily Duties:
• Vacuum carpeted areas
• Sweep and mop all floor surfaces
• Empty waste bins and dehumidifier water tanks
• Spot clean spillages (as required)
• Clean meeting rooms and discussion rooms
• Maintain cleanliness of pantry area (including tables, chairs, and coffee machine)
• No toilet Cleaning
Weekly Duties:
• Clean internal glass panels/windows (with in reachable height)
• Wipe office furniture, fittings, and workstations
• Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained at all times, especially in meeting rooms, pantry, and open workspaces
• Dispose of waste at the designated bin centre (Level 1)
