Job Description
Job Role & Responsibilities

Maintain Alertness to Deter, Detect and Delay any crime or incidents.
Protection of the Safety and security of the premises, students, teachers and assets.
Maintaining the Clients and Company image.
Managing of Control Room.
Handling Enquires/Monitoring of Visitors, Residents (Walk-In / Drive-In).
Handling Enquires/Monitoring of Sub-Contractors/Term Contractors.
Handling/Monitoring of Movers/Renovations works/incidents.
Managing Drive-in and Drop off area.
Attend and report of all incidents to management.
Patrol and clocking.
Traffic control/ Illegal parking.
Crime prevention.
CCTV monitoring.
Access control monitoring.
General building facilities monitoring.
Liaise with management on all other duties and responsibilities.

Job Requirements

Minimum PSLE Education
No Criminal Record
ESS Workplace Literacy Numeracy Level 4
Must possess two (2) basic Licensing Modules:
Handle Security Incidents and Services
Provide Guard and Patrol Services
Five day work week and 12-Hour rotating shift.
