Job Responsibilities
• Hire, train, retain and supervise restaurant employees
• Staff deployment and ensure sufficient staffing for all shifts.
• Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Responding efficiently and accurately to feedback and complaints
• Generating sales and meet target through proper execution of marketing strategies
• Maintain Standards and Standard Operating Procedures for store operations
• Responsible for inventories and stock taking activities
• Ensuring safety, cleanliness and sanitation standards are adhered to by all staffs of the restaurant
• Comply with F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures
• Cash management i.e. counting of cash and bank in daily sales deposit
• Stock management i.e. inventory, recording of wastage, recording of employee’s meal

Requirement
• Possess a Diploma or Degree in F&B / Hospitality or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of F&B or Retail service industry experience required.
• Excellent leaderships skills.
• Positive attitude and able to handle pressure
• Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Preferably having experience in Quick Service Restaurant
