Job Description
Employer is a cleaning company serving mainly offices. They have immediate openings for Full-time Cleaners.Applicants must be Singaporean / PR > 50 years.Location of work & scope:1) Jurong East (Pandan Loop)-Commercial Building- Monday to Friday 730am to 430pm- Saturday 730am to 1130am- Incharge of Level 1 and 4- Cleaning of compound area, washing of toilets, lift lobby- Sweeping and mopping of floor- Clearing of rubbish- Mopping water puddles and dirty footprints on the floor- Wiping of glass surfaces (glass door, windows etc.)- Sweeping of stairways2) Upper Serangoon Road -Clubhouse- Monday to Saturday 8am to 4pm (total of 1hr 15 mins break)- Vacuuming and mopping of floorings- Clearing of cups and/or rubbish- Washing of toilets- Wiping of tables and chairs- Cleaning of lift buttons, handles, glass surfaces, floorings- Sweeping of stairways- Clearing of rubbish3) Redhill (Lengkok Bahru)-Facility Centre- Monday to Saturday 8am to 4pm- Sweeping and mopping of floors- Ward cleaning: dust mop, wet mop, washing of toilets, clearing of rubbish- Toilet washing: toilet bowl, sink, topping up of toiletries- Office cleaning: wiping of tables and chairs, meeting rooms, cleaning of glass, lift lobbies- Clearing of rubbish4) Joo Koon (Gul Circle)-Office- Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm- Cleaning of offices, washing of toilets, sweeping of stairways- Must be able to climb stairs as there is no lift at that place- Wiping of tables in canteen area, clearing of rubbish- Wiping of glass surfaces- Pantry maintenance- Any other adhoc cleaning duties5) Jurong West (Lakeside)-Day Centre- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm- Day centre cleaning- Washing of toilets, pantry maintenance, wiping of surfaces- Sweeping and mopping of floors- throwing of rubbish- Any other adhoc cleaning dutiesRequirements:1) "N" levels2) Can speak basic English3) Be physically fit4) Preferably have some cleaning experience
