Responsibilities:

1.Able to read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication standards, and welding procedures.

2.Familiar with common tools: MIG/TIG/Stick welding, grinder, gas cutter, plasma cutter, slip roller & etc.

3.Ensure proper use of welding equipment, materials, and consumables according to specifications.

4.Maintain accurate records of welder qualifications, weld logs, and inspection reports.

5.Supervise and coordinate welding activities at site or workshop to ensure compliance with approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and project drawings

6.Monitor welder performance and workmanship to meet quality and safety standards.

7.Enforce workplace safety procedures, especially related to hot work and confined spaces.

8.Support training and qualification of welders in line with company and industry standards.

9.Plan daily work schedules and manpower assignments to meet production targets.
