We are seeking a skilled FCAW Welder to perform Flux-Cored Arc Welding as per approved WPS (Welding Procedure Specification). The candidate must ensure weld quality, dimensional accuracy, and strict compliance with safety standards in a casting production environment.
Key Responsibilities
β€’ Perform Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) as per WPS
β€’ Read and interpret welding drawings and specifications
β€’ Ensure weld quality and defect-free joints
β€’ Conduct visual inspection of welds
β€’ Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements
β€’ Maintain welding equipment and tools
β€’ Coordinate with production and quality teams
