Working Hours:
• 6-day work week (shift basis, including weekends and public holidays)

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assist in basic food preparation (e.g. washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients such as vegetables, meats, and seafood)
• Prepare hotpot ingredients and ensure proper portioning and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, utensils, and equipment
• Wash dishes, kitchen tools, and cooking equipment
• Ensure proper storage of food items in accordance with food safety standards
• Support kitchen team in daily operations and service preparation
• Dispose of waste and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness
• Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory checks
• Follow kitchen safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Possess Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced and warm kitchen environment
