Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Executive / Secretary to support the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing F&B business.

This role works directly with the management and plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination across operations, staff, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
β€’ Manage daily schedules, appointments, and reminders for management
β€’ Handle emails, WhatsApp communication, and internal coordination
β€’ Liaise with staff, suppliers, and external partners
β€’ Assist with HR-related admin (staff records, simple documentation, onboarding support)
β€’ Support basic accounting/admin tasks (invoices, tracking, filing)
β€’ Ensure proper documentation and filing systems are maintained
β€’ Follow up on tasks to ensure nothing is missed or delayed
