CLEANING SUPERVISOR / TEAM LEAD

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of preschool cleaners & cooks
• Supervise the cleaning of classroom, toilets, common areas ,office, reception, parents’ area, windows, doors, window grilles, gates, shelves, cabinet, shoe racks, cubbies, children’s tables and chairs (including dining area)
• Assist centre management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching of cleaners/cooks.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
• Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
• Ensure adherence to ECDA's quality expectations and standards.
• Flexibility to step in to perform cleaning / maintenance tasks when needed.
