Job Description
Job Responsibilities

1) Support the FM Manager with delivering an efficient and smooth running of the estate/building operation, with particular focus on the day-to-day management of all maintenance issues.

2) Carry out other minor maintenance and repair jobs, including minor plumbing, exchanging locks, connecting of electrical appliance and changing of light bulbs.

3) Co-ordinate and supervise estate/building maintenance and minor repair activities carried out by contractors.

4) Response and co-ordinate with contractors to rectify critical building defects promptly (which may include after office hours).

5) Co-ordinate and supervise renovation work carried out by contractors.

6) Validate maintenance jobs are carried out in accordance to work specifications and conduct site walk to inspect the estate/building.

7) Ensure contractors follow safety and security regulations.

8) Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Minimum of NITEC /Higher NITEC or Diploma equivalent qualification with Civil & Structural Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate & building maintenance related works.
• Proficiency in computer skills such as MS Office.
• Able to communicate in both spoken and written English and text using email and phone.
• Ability to read and understand electrical single line diagram of an electrical system.
• Able to conduct site walk to inspect estate/building compound, including walking up the staircase and using ladder.
