Job Description:
• Support food preparation, cooking and plating according to recipe and presentation standards
• Ensure kitchen stations/dining areas are clean, organized and well-stocked throughout operations
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and inform supervisors of shortages or replenishment needs
• Handle basic kitchen maintenance, equipment cleaning and waste disposal duties
• Receive and unpack deliveries, check stock quality and ensure proper storage and labelling of ingredients
• Assist senior chefs during peak service periods to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Greet and assist guests with order taking, menu recommendations and attentive customer service
• Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and workplace regulations
• Handle cashiering duties, billing and payment processing accurately
• Assist with basic bar preparation and beverage service when required
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation standards
• Manage table reservations and support smooth seating arrangements
• Attend to customer enquiries and escalate feedback or issues to management when necessary
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior

Job Requirements:
• Able to perform multi-tasks
• Basic kitchen experience required (training provided), prior experience in the F&B industry is a plus
• Applicants with a valid Food Safety Course (Level 1) Certificate will be prioritized
