What You’ll Do:

Supervisor
• Lead shift teams in delivering excellent service, managing cash and inventory, and running daily operations
• Mentor baristas, front-of-house staff, and junior crew
• Ensure quality control and handle guest feedback

Assistant Restaurant Manager
• Support outlet management in all operational areas, from rostering and training to cost control
• Take charge and ensure that all required reports are completed accurately and on time
• Drive service excellence, training, and process improvements
• Own local initiatives and help roll out new menu items or promotions

Who You Are:
• For Supervisor: 1–2 years in a café or bakery environment, strong leadership and cash handling skills
• For ARM: 2–4 years’ experience leading service teams, with cost-control and training exposure
