Job Description
Born from the same fire as Burnt Ends Hospitality Group, People People Brewery is a working brewery, smokehouse, and social space opening at Resorts World Sentosa. We bring together great beer, wood-fired food, music, and community in a lively, welcoming setting.

Beers are brewed just metres from the table, the fire is always on, and the space is built for everything from casual catch-ups to big sporting events shared over a cold beer.

We’re now building our opening team and looking for passionate hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating memorable guest experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
• Produce wort on a semi-automated 3-vessel brewhouse
• Operate and take ownership of packaging equipment and processes
• Manage CIP, tanks, centrifuge, filtration, and serving tanks
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure equipment cleanliness
• Manage yeast, follow SOPs, and support process improvements
• Conduct basic lab and quality control checks
• Maintain accurate records and data entry
• Support distillery production and packaging when required
• Represent the brand at brewery tours, tastings, and events
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards

Job Responsibilities:
• Minimum 1 year of commercial brewery experience
• Formal education in brewing, distilling, or related field
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, brewing software)
• Strong work ethic with a positive, team-focused attitudeAble to multitask and work well under pressure
• Passionate about quality, consistency, and continuous learning
• Physically able to lift up to 30kg
• Flexible with working hours and schedules
