Job Description
Job Responsibilities
• Learn and support the full spectrum of daily outlet operations, including front-of-house service and back-of-house coordination
• Assist the outlet manager in manpower planning, staff scheduling, and daily operations management
• Support inventory management, stock control, and ordering to ensure optimal supply levels
• Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain excellent customer satisfaction
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery in a professional manner
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety regulations
• Assist in training and guiding junior staff to maintain service consistency
• Support the planning and execution of festive promotions, marketing campaigns, and in-store activities
• Prepare basic reports and provide feedback to management on operations performance
