As an Admin Assistant, youโ€™ll be the backbone of our daily operationsโ€”ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing, coordinating, and making things happen.

Key Responsibilities

ยท Provide general administrative support to the operations and management team

ยท Manage and maintain filing systems, records, and documentation (physical and digital)

ยท Prepare reports, invoices, quotations, and other business documents

ยท Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally

ยท Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and appointments

ยท Assist in procurement and inventory tracking for office and site supplies

ยท Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding documentation and attendance tracking

ยท Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow

ยท Maintain data accuracy in internal systems and reports

Requirements

ยท O/A levels or Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
