Job Description
The Cleaning Supervisor plays a crucial role in our operations, overseeing multiple teams of cleaners across various projects. Their primary responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and maintaining a safe working environment. This involves planning cleaning operations, managing incidents, and overseeing the inventory of cleaning equipment and materials. Additionally, the supervisor provides essential guidance to the cleaning staff.They may be assigned to various indoor and outdoor public areas. As part of their duties, they are expected to communicate with their stakeholders.They are physically fit, responsive, able to multi-task and capable of interacting with stakeholders.Key Tasksβ€’ Manage cleaning services-Assist in coordinating and liaising with clients at project sites.-Monitor cleaning operations to ensure quality service delivery.-Implement operation plans to improve work processes and service quality. o Communicate assigned cleaning duties to the cleaning team.-Ensure teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations.-Submit compiled daily cleaning reports to management.β€’ Manage Incidents-Respond to major incidents and emergencies.-Report and update on major incidents and emergencies to the management.β€’ Manage inventory, equipment and maintenance schedule-Assist in implementing maintenance schedules for cleaning devices on a timely basis.-Ensure that the cleaning tools and equipment stock are in order and that replenishment orders are fulfilled promptly.β€’ Managing Cleaning Teams-Facilitate effective work processes-Assist in planning work schedules and deployment of manpower-Provide appropriate guidance to cleaners-Provide feedback and recommend process improvements to the cleaning teamRequired Skills and Qualifications:Salary: $2100-$2700Location: Position will be around the island (will post nearer to residential area whenever possible)
