Thejobholder is responsible for receiving and storing goods and materials atcompany's warehouse. Also, he is responsible for uploading these items anddelivering them to customer’s warehouses in coordination with assigned shipper.The work involves using forklift trucks and other warehouse equipment.
Responsibilities:
β€’ Arranges and utilizes warehouse space to receive and store incomingproducts and materials.
β€’ Receives incoming materials and ensures that all documentationrequired is obtained.
β€’ Uploads, downloads and handles the incoming materials and products byusing forklift trucks and other movement & warehouse equipment's andstores same in the appropriate place.
β€’ Checks the incoming items against invoice number, quantity and otherrelated documentations.
β€’ Submits goods receipts to warehouse supervisor.
β€’ Delivers and transfers stored material and products to customers'warehouses in coordination with assigned shipper.
β€’ Requests DRR (Delivery Request and Receipt) /Delivery notes fromcustomers and delivers them to the accounting department.
β€’ Ensures that forklifts and warehouse equipment and tools are ready tobe operated on daily bases.
β€’ Assists in preparing periodical reports for warehouse transactions.
β€’ Assists in solving daily warehouse operational problems.
β€’ Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
β€’ Stores inventory organized, with storage local tons inlocations.
β€’ Completes inventory counts as per 5cm directive.
Requirements

Requirements :

Preferably supply chain graduate or a related qualification.

Proven experience of 1 year minimum as a warehouse.
