Job Description
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a reliable and professional Guest Service - Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe, courteous, and efficient transportation services to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit. As a Guest Service - Driver, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, representing Qiddiya’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide safe and timely transportation services for guests to various destinations within and outside the Qiddiya premises.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the company vehicle at all times.
• Assist guests with luggage and offer a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
• Adhere strictly to traffic rules and regulations to ensure guest safety.
• Coordinate with the Guest Services team to manage schedules and meet guest transportation needs effectively.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance activities.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to the relevant department.
• Uphold a professional appearance and conduct reflective of the Qiddiya brand values.
• Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in guest service or hospitality environments.
• Ability to handle guest needs with professionalism and courtesy.
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
