Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a premium French casual fine-dining restaurant in Doha. The role requires full ownership of operational performance, guest experience, team leadership, and profitability. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service standards while driving revenue growth and cost efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements & Qualification (Non-Negotiable):
• Education: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 10–15 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in premium or luxury casual dining.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong P&L management and budgeting skills
• Knowledge of food safety and municipality regulations
• Inventory and cost control management

Mandatory Criteria:
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• 10-15 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in premium or Luxury casual dine-in.
• Currently based in Qatar
• Available for immediate joining
• Fluency in Arabic and English (bilingual)

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain premium service standards aligned with French casual fine-dining expectations.
• Drive profitability, revenue growth, and cost control initiatives.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Lead, train, and develop front-of-house and support teams.
• Manage budgets, inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and build strong VIP guest relationships.
