Job Description
Executive Chef - Malayalee Cuisine (English Speaking)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Khor. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of Malayalee cuisine in our restaurant. Your main duties will include creating menus, sourcing ingredients, training and supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food quality standards, and managing inventory and budget.

Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef, with a focus on Malayalee cuisine
• Fluent in English (Malayalam proficiency is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of traditional Malayalee dishes and cooking techniques
• Ability to create innovative and appealing menus for our restaurant
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures

Salary: 1000$ per month
