• Monitor incoming email, faxes: &bull
• To assist employees of the security department in administrative and clerical matters &bull
• To organize intra-departmental meetings and participate in meetings &bull
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and other departments and assist in the preparation of contracts issued by the Security department &bull
• Maintain all documents pertaining to the Department &bull
• To control the tracking and keeping of all necessary documents related to the activity of the department's staff in a personal file &bull
• Maintain and order office equipment and supplies as required &bull
• To open PR, submit invoices and track payments as necessary &bull
• To assist the department's recruitment process, preparation of work and attendance schedule, vacation planning • working in software, adding the monthly attendance schedule to the system &bull
• Prepare the required reports on a monthly basis and submit directly to the manager &bull
