Job Title: Cleaner / Tea Boy

Job Summary:

The Cleaner / Tea Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the workplace and providing tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors. The role supports a hygienic, organized, and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain offices, corridors, washrooms, pantry, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces daily
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests
• Clean cups, utensils, and pantry equipment
• Ensure pantry items (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, etc.) are stocked
• Dispose of waste properly and keep bins clean
• Assist with basic office errands when required
• Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times

Requirements:
• Basic understanding of cleaning and hygiene practices
• Ability to prepare tea and simple refreshments
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties
• Honest, punctual, and well-mannered
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Prior experience is an advantage but not mandatory
