The Role:

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be the driving force behind seamless service, exceptional guest moments, and a vibrant team culture. You will help shape a refined, warm, and authentic Italian dining journey — where every detail matters and every guest feels special.

About You:
• Proven leadership experience in a fine dining Italian restaurant
• Strong understanding of Italian cuisine, service rituals, and wine culture
• Background in luxury hotels or high-end standalone restaurants preferred
• A natural leader with excellent communication and people skills
• Passion for guest satisfaction and creating memorable dining moments
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
