Job Description
Develop, implement, and update safety and security programs, including government regulations and workplace safety standards.Train employees on health and safety procedures and ensure consistent compliance.Perform risk assessments and identify potential hazards within the center's operations.Conduct regular safety checks, inspections, and readiness assessments.Investigate accidents, unsafe conditions, and non-compliance issues, providing recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with management to establish and enforce safety and security protocols.Prepare and submit safety and security reports, utilizing visual aids like diagrams and presentations.Provide safety training sessions and educational materials to enhance employee awareness.Respond to emergencies and provide timely assistance, ensuring safety measures are upheld.Ensure that all transportation used by the center meets safety standards.Participate in ongoing safety knowledge updates and training programs. Diploma or certificate in NEBOSH.Valid competency certificates and a registered health, safety, and security employee.Valid Qatar driving license.Minimum of 5 years of practical experience, with at least 2 years in Qatar.Strong background in construction, healthcare facility, and transportation safety.Knowledge of Qatari health and safety regulations.Proficiency in risk assessment, safety audits, and safety training.Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is preferred.Computer literacy, with knowledge in MS Word and Excel.Develop and submit Health and Safety Plans within two days of contract initiation.Ensure staff is fully equipped with PPE and adheres to all HSE requirements.Submit necessary safety documentation within two days of contract awarding.Provide monthly reports on attendance, incidents, and other client-required details.
