The Role:

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be the driving force behind seamless service, exceptional guest moments, and a vibrant team culture. You will help shape a refined, warm, and authentic Italian dining journey — where every detail matters and every guest feels special.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead daily restaurant operations with confidence, energy, and attention to detail
• Deliver unforgettable, personalized guest experiences that reflect true Italian hospitality
• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing service team
• Maintain impeccable standards in service, presentation, hygiene, and ambiance
• Support financial performance through smart cost control and revenue optimization
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism, care, and a solutions-focused mindset
• Collaborate closely with the culinary and bar teams for flawless service execution
• Assist in scheduling, training, and nurturing future hospitality talents

About You:
• Proven leadership experience in a fine dining Italian restaurant
• Strong understanding of Italian cuisine, service rituals, and wine culture
• Background in luxury hotels or high-end standalone restaurants preferred
• A natural leader with excellent communication and people skills
• Passion for guest satisfaction and creating memorable dining moments
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
