Security Officer

Responsibilities
β€’ Scout and select potential security agency and security personnel.
β€’ Train and sustain performance of deployed security personnel.
β€’ Monitor, schedule and deploy security personnel to assigned sites.
β€’ Effectively handle various security issues.
β€’ Evaluate security agency and security personnel to constantly ensure security and safety.
β€’ Strictly implement the company's security policy.
β€’ Ensure communication of the company's security policy to all stakeholders.
β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders on updating the company security policy.

Qualifications:
β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
β€’ Previous experience as Security Officer/ Specialist is preferred.
β€’ With relevant certifications.
β€’ Proficiency with security equipment and technology.
β€’ Physical fitness to perform patrols and handle emergencies.
β€’ Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.

CCTV Officer

Responsibilities
β€’ Assist in the overall plans and programs of the Security Team, particularly in retail CCTV systems management, maintenance, onsite response, and remote monitoring.
β€’ Develop, document, and implement CCTV policies and procedures.
β€’ Be knowledgeable in CCTV systems, specifications, best practices, basic troubleshooting, and related industry trends.
β€’ Ensure compliance with LGU and other government regulations (e.g., National Privacy Commission and Department of Interior and Local Government CCTV guidelines).
β€’ Respond to CCTV-related concerns, including repair, review, retrieval, investigation, and providing copies for concerned teams and LGUs.

Qualifications:
β€’ Bachelor’s/College Degree in BS Criminology, Political Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
β€’ At least 1 year of proven work experience in managing and monitoring multiple site locations.
β€’ Strong understanding of CCTV systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
β€’ Familiarity with LGU and government compliance related to CCTV operations.
β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
β€’ Experience in creating and maintaining databases and tracking systems.
β€’ Ability to conduct fieldwork and handle physical aspects of CCTV management.
β€’ Flexibility to travel to different site locations as required.
