Work Location & Schedule
• Location: North Reclamation Area, Cebu City
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems, pipelines, fixtures, drainage systems, and water supply lines.
• Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems to ensure proper functionality and prevent operational issues.
• Diagnose plumbing problems and perform necessary repairs for leaks, clogged drains, damaged pipes, and faulty fixtures.
• Ensure all plumbing works comply with safety standards, company policies, and applicable building and plumbing regulations.
• Install and maintain plumbing fixtures such as faucets, sinks, toilets, valves, pumps, and water systems.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel, contractors, and suppliers regarding plumbing-related repairs and projects.
• Monitor and report plumbing hazards, water leaks, and facility concerns to management immediately.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and proper working condition.
• Respond to emergency plumbing repairs and urgent maintenance concerns when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and materials used.

Qualifications
• Vocational Diploma or Technical Certification in Plumbing or related field
• Valid plumbing certification or license is an advantage
• At least 2–3 years of work experience as a plumber or maintenance personnel
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, pipe installation, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Familiarity with plumbing safety standards and building regulations
• Ability to read technical plans, layouts, and plumbing diagrams is an advantage
• Physically fit and willing to perform field and maintenance work
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
