Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Pick and Packer to join our growing e-commerce team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Pick items accurately based on customer orders and packing lists
• Inspect products for quality before packing
• Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit
• Label packages and prepare shipments for courier pickup
• Assist in receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming stocks
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of warehouse shelves and workstations
• Conduct stock counting and inventory checks as assigned
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory to supervisors
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company standards
• Assist with other warehouse and fulfillment tasks as needed

Qualifications
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment experience is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to lift and move boxes
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Team player with a positive attitude

• Experience with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Basic inventory management knowledge
