Job Description
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join our company as a Warehouse Associate and play a vital role in our e-commerce operations! This role involves multiple responsibilities, including picking and packing orders, ensuring quality control, dispatching shipments, and maintaining warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
Picker/Packer
• Accurately pick items from inventory based on order details.
• Pack orders securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.

Sorter / Quality Sorter
• Responsible for sorting mixed items in the warehouse and separating good items from damaged ones. Ensures all items are properly classified, counted, and organized for inventory accuracy.
• Sort items and separate goods from damaged products.

Count and record quantities of each item.

Set aside damaged items for reporting or disposal.

Quality Checker
• Inspect products for defects and ensure orders meet quality standards before shipping.
• Verify product labels and quantities against order specifications.

Dispatcher
• Coordinate the timely dispatch of orders for delivery.
• Communicate with delivery partners to ensure efficient shipment processes.

Warehouseman
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Must know how to install high-racks

What We’re Looking For
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to [specific weight, e.g., 50 lbs]).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners is a plus.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.

Pay: Php695.00 - Php700.00 per day
