Job Summary

The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation of rooms, villas, and common areas while also providing excellent guest assistance and hospitality service. The role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to handle guest concerns and requests efficiently to ensure a positive guest experience

Scope of Work / Duties and Responsibilities:
• Clean and prepare bedrooms of villas, pavilion kitchens, and common areas according to company cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Replace linens, towels, toiletries, and guest amenities regularly and ensure all items are complete before guest arrival.
• Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and readiness for check-in.
• Assist guests courteously with inquiries, requests, and concerns, and coordinate with management when necessary.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or safety concerns immediately.
• Maintain proper handling and storage of cleaning equipment, linens, and housekeeping supplies.
• Monitor inventory of housekeeping items and report shortages for replenishment.
• Support guest check-in and check-out preparation by ensuring rooms are fully ready on time.
• Handle lost and found items following company procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, proper grooming, and excellent customer service at all times.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, safety protocols, and barangay/community regulations.
• Assist in other operational duties assigned by management to support smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:
• Preferably with experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotel, resort, airbnb, or villa operations.
• Having a background in guest relations or customer service is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and lifting tasks.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• Able to communicate in English fluently
